Hello, I’m Fiona Harbour. As a creative and visionary guide, I use creativity and mindfulness techniques to help us reconnect with our own inner core essence, manage stress better, increase our sense of well-being and deepen our universal connection allowing us to be more fully present for ourselves and our loved ones.
I live near Toronto, Canada. I have a fine arts degree from the University of Guelph, and also love to write poetry and guided meditations.
